By accessing this website or purchasing photographs, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Anivize LTD.

2. Digital Products

All photographs are supplied as digital downloads unless otherwise stated.

3. Copyright

All images remain the copyright of Anivize LTD and/or the event photographer. Purchasing an image grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the photograph.

Images may not be:

Resold
Edited for commercial purposes
Used by businesses without written permission
Claimed as your own work

4. Event Photography

Photographs are taken during organised sporting events. Event organisers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for photography.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot normally be offered once an image has been downloaded, except where required by law.

7. Availability

We aim to keep galleries available for as long as practical but reserve the right to remove images without notice.

8. Liability

Anivize LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website.
